Georgia doesn't have a pay transparency law—yet. Draft legislation is already in motion, and 18 states, many local jurisdictions, plus D.C., have already enacted requirements that may apply to your organization right now if you post remote roles or hire across state lines. But the legal landscape is only part of the conversation. 

There’s another perspective of Pay Transparency that’s also being talked about: Should you share pay ranges if you don't have to? What happens when you do and what happens when you don't? From internal equity tensions to manager discomfort, pay transparency carries real organizational risk and reward. 

Whether you're navigating multistate compliance, reconsidering your job posting strategy, or just trying to figure out where your organization stands, this is a conversation worth having before the law makes the decision for you.
