About the Program

Employee well-being is a business and leadership imperative that shapes how people connect, perform, and thrive at work. In this fireside chat, Ryan Wilson, Co-Founder and CEO of The Gathering Spot, will explore what it takes to build workplace cultures rooted in connection, belonging, and sustainable well-being. Through candid conversation and real-world insights, participants will consider the role HR leaders play in creating environments where people feel supported and equipped to do their best work, while recognizing that meaningful approaches to well-being must reflect the unique needs of their workforce and organization.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

About the Speaker

Ryan Wilson


Ryan Wilson is the Co-founder and CEO of The Gathering Spot, the membership community he launched in Atlanta in 2016 at age 24 and has since built into one of the country’s most influential platforms for creatives, professionals, and entrepreneurs. More than a club, TGS is a movement: a home for groundbreaking ideas, culturally significant events, and the connections that turn ambition into outcomes.

His work is animated by a single conviction: community and connection are the foundation of opportunity. His mission is to build the spaces where the two come together.
