The session will help HR leaders strengthen organizational wellbeing initiatives, reduce stigma, and create a more supportive environment for all employees navigating these transitions.

Sophia McIntyre, MD, MPH, MBA, FAAFP, CPE, FAAPL, ACC

Dr. McIntyre is a physician executive and board-certified family medicine physician with over two decades of clinical experience and more than a decade of senior leadership across complex, multi-site healthcare organizations. She currently serves as Atlanta District Medical Director at Amazon One Medical, where she oversees clinical and operational performance across a technology-enabled primary care network, leading measurable improvements in quality, access, patient experience, and service-line growth. Her prior leadership roles include Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services at Wellstar Health System and Chief Medical Officer at Sun River Health, where she led large physician organizations, redesigned primary care delivery models, and advanced value-based care strategies with strong operational and financial results.

A nationally recognized physician leader and executive coach, Dr. McIntyre is known for building physician trust, leading change, and driving performance excellence. She has been recognized as a Trusted Leader, served as a Baldrige Executive Fellow and Judge, and serves on the Board of the American Association for Physician Leadership. Her leadership is grounded in the core values of Service, Excellence, and Courage, guiding her commitment to developing leaders, improving systems, and advancing equitable, high-quality care. Dr. McIntyre holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MPH from New York Medical College, earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, and is a graduate of Spelman College.

Lisa R. Keenan

Lisa R. Keenan is a dynamic sales executive with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, and employee benefits. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director at Amazon One Medical since March 2024, she leads employer and broker outreach initiatives to drive memberships and deliver cost-effective care solutions.

Throughout her career, Lisa has demonstrated exceptional skill in C-suite engagement, broker enablement, and new business development across national and regional markets. Tisya W. Freeman, MBA

Tisya W. Freeman, MBA, is a results-driven healthcare operations and transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience leading complex, people-centered organizations through growth, change, and performance improvement. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager for Georgia at One Medical, Tisya is responsible for driving operational strategy, financial performance, and workforce engagement while partnering closely with clinical leadership.

Throughout her career, Tisya has led high-performing teams in highly regulated environments, with deep expertise in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Her leadership experience spans primary care, senior health, managed care, and specialty services, including senior roles at One Medical, Iora Health, DaVita, and Emory Healthcare.
