Her prior leadership roles include Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services at Wellstar Health System and Chief Medical Officer at Sun River Health, where she led large physician organizations, redesigned primary care delivery models, and advanced value-based care strategies with strong operational and financial results.

A nationally recognized physician leader and executive coach, Dr. McIntyre is known for building physician trust, leading change, and driving performance excellence. She has been recognized as a Trusted Leader, served as a Baldrige Executive Fellow and Judge, and serves on the Board of the American Association for Physician Leadership. Her leadership is grounded in the core values of Service, Excellence, and Courage, guiding her commitment to developing leaders, improving systems, and advancing equitable, high-quality care.
