Mr. Guy brings deep manufacturing experience and a proven track record of leading both People and Business functions to EPIC Baking Company. Most recently, he served as Chief People Officer at Darnel, Inc., a global food packaging manufacturer, where he helped build the company from the ground up—establishing the HR function in 2006 and partnering across the business to drive growth and performance.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Guy spent more than 17 years as the HR leader for a multi-media manufacturing organization operating across North and South Carolina. Known as a true industry leader, he is passionate about developing strong leaders and building organizational capability that actually delivers results.
Mr. Guy serves on the Executive Board of the SHRM NC State Council and works closely with several Economic Development Commissions, where his influence has played a meaningful role in advancing growth strategies for the organizations he supports.
