By applying for a scholarship, I am consenting to allow SHRM-Atlanta and any award sponsor(s) to use in any media and without limitation, my name, city, state, photos, captions, and verbiage for marketing and promotional purposes.

By submitting this form, I am verifying that I can fully participate in the SHRM certification preparation course should I be selected as a scholarship winner. I understand the scholarship is non-transferrable, that I am responsible for 50% of the remaining course and exam costs, and that cancellation of my registration will forfeit my scholarship in its entirety.
