Mikhele Trice, SHRM-CP is a People and Culture leader with experience supporting multi-state hospitality operations through strategic HR partnership, leadership development, and values-driven people practices. She currently serves as a Human Resources Manager with LBA Hospitality, where she partners with executive leaders and property teams to strengthen employee experience, leader effectiveness, and organizational performance.

With a career progression spanning people operations, compliance, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, Mikhele plays a key role in enterprise initiatives, including leadership development and culture strategy. She also serves as a Corporate Trainer with Troy University Continuing Education & Outreach, facilitating workshops on communication, conflict resolution, and inclusive leadership.

Mikhele is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a minor in Psychology at Troy University and holds the SHRM-CP credential. Her professional background includes extensive civic and board leadership experience, reflecting a longstanding commitment to community impact, service, and ethical leadership.
