About
I am a double-certified senior human resources professional with 17 years of experience spanning both the public and private sectors. I currently serves as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Talent Management Services for the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, where I lead a team of consultants dedicated to helping state agencies attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent. I also serve as the Recruiting and Talent Workstreams lead for our ERP replacement project, Nextgen in which the state of Georgia is replacing PeopleSoft with Workday (HCM, Finance, Procurement).
I volunteer at the national, state, and local levels within SHRM. Nationally, I serve as a USAA/SHRM Foundation Ambassador supporting the Veterans at Work program. At the state level, I serve on the conference committee for the SHRM Georgia State Council. Locally, I volunteer on the Student Member Relations Committee for SHRM-Atlanta.
I have been an active member of the Junior League of Cobb-Marietta (JLCM) since 2014, serving in multiple leadership roles. I am a Mississippi native and U.S. Army veteran. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mississippi University for Women and an MBA from Mercer University.
I moved to Georgia in 2009 and currently reside in Marietta.
