Confident HR: Practical Tools for Managing Toxic Employees and Performance Challenges
Join us for an engaging Lunch & Learn session. Gain insights from industry experts, network with professionals, and discover actionable steps to enhance organizational growth and employee success. Lunch will be served.
Strengthen Culture. Protect the Business. Elevate Your Influence.
Toxic behavior and unresolved performance challenges are rarely isolated personnel issues; they are leadership tests that impact culture, retention, risk exposure, and organizational credibility.
Today’s HR leaders are expected to navigate these moments with clarity, composure, and strategic judgment.
Confident HR is an executive-level session designed for HR Generalists and Senior HR professionals who serve as trusted advisors within their organizations. This program reframes toxic behavior and performance management through a leadership and risk lens, equipping participants to address complex employee dynamics while strengthening their strategic influence.
Rather than focusing solely on conflict resolution, this session explores how HR can:
- Recognize emerging behavioral risk patterns before they escalate
- Guide leaders through high-stakes performance decisions
- Balance accountability with culture preservation
- Protect the organization while maintaining trust and credibility
- Elevate HR’s role as a strategic partner in workforce leadership
Participants will leave with a structured, business-aligned framework for approaching difficult employee situations with confidence and executive presence.
Includes 1 HRCI CEU/SHRM PDC
