AI in Action: Applying AI in Everyday HR Work

AI in Action: Applying AI in Everyday HR Work

Thursday, February 5, 2026 (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) (EST)

Description

Most HR professionals understand the basics of AI, but still struggle to turn that knowledge into real impact. This session is designed for HR professionals who want to move from “trying AI” to using it intentionally in their work. We’ll focus on how humans and AI can work together, where AI fits into real HR processes, and how more advanced tools can support better, faster, and more consistent outcomes.

This webinar takes a hands-on look at how AI can be embedded into HR work in a practical and responsible way. We’ll explore what effective human–AI collaboration looks like in practice, and why AI works best when it supports, not replaces, human judgment. You’ll see concrete HR use cases across common HR activities and learn how to decide when AI is worth using and when it’s not.  We’ll also introduce agent-based AI in simple terms and show how it can be used to support end-to-end HR workflows. Throughout the session, the focus will be on building confidence: knowing what to ask AI to do, how to guide it, how to review outputs, and how to integrate AI into existing HR processes without adding complexity.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Explain how humans and AI can work together effectively in HR roles
  2. Identify practical AI use cases across common HR processes and workflows
  3. Decide when AI adds real value versus when human input is essential
  4. Understand how agent-based AI can support multi-step HR tasks and processes
  5. Apply simple approaches to integrate AI into their own HR workflows with confidence
